I hope you love the series too. It is worth to watch it! I am not telling too much about the story – never do in my reviews – you have to see the series yourself and make your own opinion.
In my view…
Since I was a young little girl, I am an animal lover. So when I heard about the release of this documentary, I had to watch it! It is the highest rated series of my list on IMDb too. The narrator David Attenborough – who is really famous for his voice – tells the story of the animals also in this mini television series. The series is named ‘The Hunt’ so the whole series is focussed on the predators and their prey.
I have seen the documentaries of the BBCs’ ‘Life’, ‘Earth’ and ‘Oceans’ too, and this is again totally different. That surprises me. And I really really love it!
The first episode
The first episode: The Hardest Challenge
“The contests between predators and prey are the most dramatic events in nature. The Hardest Challenge reveals the extraordinary range of techniques predators use to catch their prey – from a leopard using all its powers of stealth to stalk impala in broad daylight to wild dogs, whose tactic is to wear down their prey over long distances; from Nile crocodiles, the planet’s most patient predators, to killer whales who use teamwork and intelligence to take on humpback whales. But even with these finely tuned strategies, the outcome is far from certain. Surprisingly, most predators fail most of the time.”

The last episode of this television mini series was released on Christmas Eve. What a lovely end of the series.
There is nothing confusing about this series. Just watch, listen and enjoy the beautiful and rare film shootings from the biggest to the smallest animals in the world. Seven hours full of love for the animals!
